Tractor Trailer Fails to Yield to Oncoming Traffic

Tractor-trailer makes left turn at intersection controlled by traffic light which was a green ball. Plaintiff traveling in opposite direction and entered intersection on green ball. Defendant had clear sight line from the elevated position of the cab of the tractor, with expert reconstruction opinion that there was adequete sight distance of the plaintiff's headlights to have seen her as she approached the intersection and to have yielded to the plaintiff. Plaintiff suffered irreversible brain injury which resulted in permenant motor and cognitive disabilities.
